herbie herbie:
Quite amazing.
Graham's public display of total ignorance and assholiness and you want to accuse Democrats of having no moral compass!
This goes to show Kavanagh has NO respect for ANY woman, no respect for Democrats, and the scum still want to nominate someone who's alienated 75% of the population.
His supporters have no shame, no morals, no respect for anyone but to stuff one of their bum buddies into office.

Look, when even the legal analyst from CNN says that the attacks on Kavanaugh are crap then it's time for you and your side to play a new game instead of doubling down on the hate.

The liar named witnesses and NOT ONE OF THEM upheld her story. You going to attack them for not saying what you want them to say?

Do they have no shame, no morals, no respect for anyone because they didn't parrot the party line against a good man?

There was not a thing wrong with this man until this fucked up leftist spewed a bunch of unsubstantiated lies against him.

$1:
Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh is “well qualified” to hold a seat on the Supreme Court, the American Bar Association said Friday, giving President Trump’s nominee another boost heading into next week’s confirmation hearing.

The ABA’s federal judiciary committee gave its unanimous rating to Judge Kavanaugh, who has sat for a dozen years on the circuit court of appeals in Washington, earning high marks for his approach to judging.

Though conservatives don’t put as much stock in the rating from the liberal-leaning ABA, Democrats have called it the “gold standard” for evaluating whether a judge should be confirmed.

The rating is based on peer reviews and evaluations, and judges candidates on their integrity, professional competence and judicial temperament. It does not consider ideology, philosophy or political affiliation.

A spokesperson from the ABA will testify at Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing about his evaluation next Friday.

The ABA also gave Mr. Trump’s first nominee to the high court Justice Neil M. Gorsuch a unanimous well-qualified rating.

What time zone are you living in Bart? The ABA called for a delay in his nomination until an FBI investigation is completed.

Watching the news. Trump just ordered an FBI investigation into Brett Kavanaugh. Now we'll see just how honest Ms Ford and the Senator from hell, Dianne Feinstein are. But here's a much better idea. Have the FBI investigate "EVERY" Supreme Court Justice and find out just what skeletons these paragons of justice and integrity have lurking in their closets.

My guess is that when there is no actual admissible evidence of "rape, assault or forcible confinement" other than "J'accuse" it still won't be enough for the Democrats and the Me2 movement who'll continue to rail against Kavanaugh, Trump and every other person who still supports the concept of innocent till proven guilty.

Although, the outcome of this debacle will be vital to the defense of someone like Harvey Weinstein.

'I was groped': N.J. politician, 83, enters #MeToo movement with sex-assault admission from 70 years ago when she was 13

Sen. Loretta Weinberg revealed a decades-old alleged sex assault on Friday
She said she was 'forcibly kissed and groped' by a middle aged man at her home
The man, now believed to be dead, was said to be a frequent visitor to her home
Weinberg said she remembered the exact time and place of the alleged assault

The fact Ford is blanking on all these details speaks volumes.

And now we hear from Rachel Mitchell.

$1:
The outside prosecutor Senate Republicans hired to lead the questioning in last week’s hearing about the sexual assault allegations against Brett Kavanaugh is arguing in a new memo why she would not bring criminal charges against the Supreme Court nominee.

In the five-page memo, obtained by The Washington Post, Rachel Mitchell outlines more than half a dozen reasons why she thinks the testimony of Christine Blasey Ford — who has accused Kavanaugh of assaulting her at a house in suburban Maryland when they were teenagers in the early 1980s — has some key inconsistencies.

“A ‘he said, she said’ case is incredibly difficult to prove. But this case is even weaker than that,” Mitchell writes in the memo, being sent Sunday night to all Senate Republicans. “Dr. Ford identified other witnesses to the event, and those witnesses either refuted her allegations or failed to corroborate them.”

But before people start claiming she's a Republican plant put there to play politics and refute Dr. Fords testimony allow me to point out that she's a highly respected and successful sex crime prosecutor, not Dianne Feinstein.

Christine Blasey Ford is a politically motivated and lying douchebag who trashed a good man just to score points for the scum-sucking Senate Democrats.

Their pay back is coming in November. Can't wait for the Democrats to deal with the shame of getting shellacked in a mid-term election!

Trauma does some very wonky things to memory. Applying one person's experiences to another person's experience is extremely ignorant.

Let's say that is the case. Then why excoriate and scourge a man because of someone else's wonky memory?

How in fuck is that fair to anyone?

Define "good man".

I think she did your country a favor.

Comes of ranting and blaming the Clintons? Yea, real good choice for the top court in the country.

My impression was a spoiled rich kid not getting something he was promised. And of a partisan wing-nut. He'd just do his part to make America's problems worse.

Why would she come forward now? If you're trying to tell me that she's coming forward to have her life turned upside down and ruined for political gain, you're out of your mind.

You and others are blind with politically motivated rage.

Whatever about the assaults, he has been less than candid about his drinking and the back and forth with Klobuchar on blackouts was bizarre behaviour for any judge.

I agree with you. If you look at the first page I've found it suspect since the beginning. There isn't enough real evidence to support the claim. What each person needs to take a hard look at is "Is the chance of having a sexual assaulter on the supreme court for the next 20, 30, 40 years worth it?"

And with that precedent set then all we need to do to dismiss a Supreme Court nominee is to accuse him or her of sexual assault? And even if there's not a single fucking shred of evidence then that would be enough to disqualify them?

You really think the Democrats would have gone for that with Merrick Garland?
